Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates:

For prepaid orders and COD Orders: We charge no shipping and handling fee for order above Rs.350 and charge Rs.100 for order below that.

Order Processing:

We strive to fulfil orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.

Shipping Time:

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS/Whatsapp you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

Refund Policy

This consumable product is non-returnable and non-cancelable.

In case of a delivery shortfall, food spillage, or damage, please inform the customer support team via email: tifyfeedback@globalgreen.com within 24 hours. 

We will conduct an investigation and provide a decision within 10 days.
